"Formerly incapable of remaining seated or not shouting for periods of
more than 10 seconds, Sebastian Bach has somehow managed to stay quiet (in England)
for nearly a decade.  Perhaps he's just been recharging his batteries
for another 10 years of heavy metal hellraising.  Let's hope so, because
'Counterpunch' and 'Done Bleeding' - the best of five new studio tracks
here - are whiskey-drizzled stompers that sound like Zakk Wilde's Black
Label Society but with a better singer - and we'll have some of that
please.

The remaining 10 tracks on 'Bring 'Em Bach Alive' comprise Seb
performing Skid Row songs live in Tokyo, the blond bomber having lost
none of his old swagger.  'Riot Act' and 'Slave to the Grind' make the

Hey what is up !!!! Well as you can see by the tour dates above , I am  on what is undoubtably the biggest tour I have ever been a part of in my life . I am extremely excited to present to all of you a production that makes each & every time you have seen me in the past pale in comparison . I have been rehearsing for weeks for my most challenging role yet & I am happy to say that things are really kicking ass in a major league fashion with this cast & crew . But what I want you all to understand , & to be honest I really didn't fully understand until recently , is that this is the by far the BIGGEST show I have ever been a part of , as far as staging , sound , lights , effects , costuming , & production goes . Also , there is ....... the SCREAM . .In Jekyll & Hyde & Rocky Horror I went into my upper "scream " register a few times , but in Jesus Christ Superstar the score demands more SCREAMS than you can imagine . If you are a fan of the beginning of "Monkey Business " or the end of "18
& Life "  I guarantee you will dig this show ! Not to mention the INCREDIBLE voice of Carl Anderson as Judas who keeps me on my toes with each & every utterance from his golden pipes as does Natalie Toro as Mary , & every other cast member as well ! I have just spent the first day rehearsing on the actual stage set itself & am absolutely stunned by the lighting & staging WAIT TILL YOU SEE THIS !!!!!!!!! stay tuned for PICTURES coming a.s.a.p. !!!!

Sebastian Bach Signed as Jesus Christ in New Superstar Tour, Starting Nov. 1

                 Rocker Sebastian Bach, late of Jekyll & Hyde and The Rocky Horror Show on Broadway, has signed to fill the
                 sandals of the Messiah in the new national tour of Jesus Christ Superstar that borrows
                 elements from the recent Broadway staging and launches Nov. 1 in California.

                 A spokesperson for the tour previously confirmed Bach ( known as lead singer for the
                 band, Skid Row ) was in talks, and announced Aug. 13 the deal was official. Carl
                Anderson has signed to reprise his role as Judas, which he played in the 1973 film
                 version of the rock opera penned by composer Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyricist Tim
                 Rice. (Anderson and the film's Jesus, Ted Neeley, appeared in a national tour of the
                 show 20 years after the picture was released.)

                 In summer 2000, Bach gave the Broadway musical, Jekyll & Hyde, a new shot of life
                 playing the dual roles; it was his Broadway debut. The hard-rocking Skid Row had hit
                 albums in the 1990s ("18 and Life," "I Remember You," "Youth Gone Wild"), and

                Jesus Christ Superstar will rehearse and tech in La Mirada, CA, and play a run of
                 Nov. 1-17 at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, before heading into the
                 desert to play the Aladdin in Las Vegas, NV. A yearlong tour follows to San Antonio,
                 TX, Greenville, DC, Orlando, Minneapolis, Louisville, Kalamazoo, Buffalo, Cincinnati,
                 Indianapolis, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Baltimore, Vancouver, Milwaukee, Houston, and
                 Los Angeles, among other cities. The tour will last at least to September 2003.

                 The Superstar creative team includes director Kevin Moriarty, choreographer David
                 Wilder, musical director Craig Barna (Peter Pan), scenic designer Peter J. Davison,
                 costume designer Roger Kirk (42nd Street), lighting designer Mark McCullough and
                 sound designers Jon Gottlieb and Phil Allen. Davison, Kirk and McCullough all
                 designed the Broadway staging at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts in

This has been one of the most incredible weeks ever ! last Wedesday night I went to the Ivar Theater in Hollwood to jam with Slash , Duff McKagan , Matt Sorum , Dave Navarro , & Donavan Leitch on the song "Time Warp" , the song I sang as Riff Raff in the Rocky Horror Show . The place was completely jammed & sweaty & we tore up "Time Warp " like never before ! The party was put on by Maxim / Blender Magazine so there should be pictures surfacing soon . As if "Time Warp" wasn't heavy enough, for an encore we all came back on & ripped through "Paradise City " by Guns'N'Roses with none other than special guest star RONNIE WOOD of THE ROLLING STONES ! Yes that is right , I got to say into the mike "Ladies & Gentleman, please welcome Ronnie Wood of The Rolling Stones " & I couldn't beleive those words were coming out of my mouth ! Playing onstage with Ronnie Wood is %100 one of the highlights of my life & he was really cool to meet as well. "Paradise City " was a blast to do , as I have loved that song for years & the energy on stage & in the room was insane. Wes from Puddle of Mudd was doing backing vocals & also did a killer stage dive at the end of the song . We all hung out before & after the show which also included Perry Farrel , Macy Gray & a bunch of other freaks it was great .
Then 2 nights after that JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR finally opened & it has been everything & more than I could have imagined ! Every show we have done has received a standing ovation & I thank you all for that , the audiences have been outstanding!!  Both Saturday & Sunday's performances were Sold Out so come see it while we are still in La Mirada ! Duff McKagan came down on opening night & I gave him  a tour of the stage & introduced him to the band & Carl Anderson & we cranked tunes & hung out after the show it was alot of fun .  See ya tomorrow night La Mirada California !
