While most 80's hair bands are experiencing their revival period, former Skid
Row frontman Sebastian Bach instead decides to recruit a few of his "friends"
rather than ex-bandmates. The result is Bach's first solo effort Bring 'Em
Bach Alive. And while the 16 track CD contains mostly live tracks of old Skid
Row numbers recorded on Bach's solo Japanese trek, it's the 5 new songs that
standout. With a New York Dolls swagger ("Blasphemer,") some Bowie-esque
balladeering ("Superjerk,...,) and a pure metal attitude a la Sabbath, Priest
and Pantera ("Counterpunch,") Bach brings out stuff that you just know those
lazy crazy late 80's couldn't draw out of him. If you'd like to hear one guy
who's not only not afraid to hone up to his past, but is also unafraid to
face the future, pick this CD up and see just what we've been missing from
Sebastian all these years.

I AM STOKED TO ANNOUNCE THE VERY FIRST STUDIO collaboration between myself & one of my favorite guitar players & 100 proof beverage consumer, Dimebag Darrell of Pantera ! We have just completed recording of the song "BELEIVER " for the upcoming Randy Rhodes Tribute CD !! Also on this track is Wolf Hoffmann ! I am fired up about finally cutting a song with Dimebag he totally rules on the guitar & you all will freak when you hear us rock together . I also recorded the songs " I DON'T KNOW " & "CRAZY TRAIN " . The disc is being produced by my friend & co-producer of "BRING 'EM BACH ALIVE!" Micheal Wagener ! VH1 WILL RERUN THE "before they were bach stars" EPISODE tonight jANUARY 7 2000 @ 7:30 pm EST !!! i HAVE BEEN BUSY putting together a piece for the VH1 show "BEFORE THEY WERE ROCK STARS " . I have hauled out all the old KID WIKKID , VO5 ,MADAM X , & EARLY SKID ROW scrapbooks & videos, as well as pictures & videos from my childhood that absolutely no-one has ever seen before ! I have been saving all this footage for years for something like this & I really can't wait for all of you to check out this stuff , some of which goes back around 30 years to when I was 1-2 years old in the Bahamas .The piece also includes a brand new interview conducted on 10/8/99 .
