Middletown, N.J. 
In a Court hearing heard today in Middletown by the Honorable Judge Thompson against Rock/Broadway star Sebastian Bach it was determined that “The State of New Jersey had no case”, and discharged charges of simple assault and harassment against Mr. Bach .The motion to dismiss charges was granted in favor of Bach who had maintained his innocence from the  beginning saying, “I never started this altercation " and that "physical violence has no place in society.” 
The alleged victim in the incident that occurred on March 13th at Lincroft Inn in New Jersey, Mr. Virgil London,  did not appear in court and therefore there was no comment available by Mr. London. 
The alleged marijuana charges against Mr. Bach were dropped to a paraphernalia charge in which Bach will pay an undisclosed fine and remain on probation for one year. This due to the fact that Bach had no such prior charges. All charges would be dismissed from his record after the one-year time has been served. 
  In a grateful response Bach stated “The only thing that will be on my record is the record you buy at Sam Goody’s” He went on to state, “I am very grateful to put this matter behind me and more grateful to have the truth be known in court and to the public.”

"Sebastian plead guilty to nothing and was found guilty of nothing,"
stated Bachís attorney Frank DeSevo Esq. of Red Bank, NJ. 
"He applied for a conditional discharge which was granted by the 
court on Monday, July 22nd.  Barring he has no problems within the 
next year, the charges will be dismissed."

Sebastian Bach: Free And Not Guilty
Sebastian Bach is a free man after a trip to court on Monday, and
contrary to previous reports, he did not plead guilty to marijuana
possession.  A statement on the matter reads: ìSebastian plead guilty to
nothing and was found guilty of nothing.  He applied for a conditional
discharge which was granted by the court on Monday, July 22nd.  Barring
no problems within the next year, the charges will be dismissed.î  Bach
had allegedly made threats against a bartender . However, the
bartender never showed for the court case and Bach was granted his
discharge.

well people you knew it was gonna happen !!! the 2 upcoming Stone Pony shows have lead to the inevitable .... MORE SHOWS !!! I miss rocking so much that when I was offered to play down the street in Asbury Park i said " you betcha " so now that those shows are a reality , other venues have asked us to come rock & we are only too happy to do so, it is our pleasure & duty !!! Joining us for this brief rock jaunt will be none other than axeman extraordinaire AL PITRELLI from the band MEGADETH !!! I can't wait to tear it up with Al , Richie Scarlet was gonna do the shows with me but he is currently on the road with the band MOUNTAIN , so I am supremely psyched to have Al in the band along with Paul Crook , Bam Bam, & Larry ! 
i am so stoked to rock again . i do not want to give away any surprises but all i can say about the upcoming 2 nights at the Stone Pony is that the luxury of performing 2 nights in a row at the same venue affords me the opportunity to play a different set each night , which allows us to touch on ALL phases of my career , from long ago to the very recent , which should give you a clue as to what you will hear on May 10th & 11th !!!!! all i can say is that i sure am looking forward to this !!!!! see ya soon !

As you know Ace introduced me to Anton years ago & Anton has always been one of my favorite drummers , so we struck up a friendship & Anton laid down the drum tracks on the studio tunes from "BRING 'EM BACH ALIVE!" & some tunes on "Bach 2: Basics" as well . So Anton called me up to wail on his song with Ace on the guitar , Anton on the kit , & Richie Scarlet on bass ! Every song is a different group of musicians and there are different styles of music from song to song. One that I think you would be interested in is a song called 'Know Where You Go' which features a classic lead solo by Ace. Sebastian Bach is on vocals and Richie Scarlett is playing bass. It came out really well and was mixed by Kevin Shirley [Aerosmith, Black Crowes]. Richie and I played in Ace's bands together for quite a while so it was great having everyone on this track. For collectors of Ace's work this solo is up there with some of his best.
